Our intimate dinner for two and evening with Carlos was just perfect - there is no other way to describe it. We were beyond impressed with the professionalism, company and my goodness gracious, the food. What a gem of a find! At the consultation stage, Carlos told me over the phone to rest assured that everything was taken care of and that all we had to do was relax. He created such an environment that we were able to do just that. Best food we've had in a very long time.
Everything from start to finish was seamless. We particularly enjoyed/noticed the high-quality products, great value for money, well thought out menu, attention to detail and coherent, high-end service throughout.

The service was fantastic! Everyone was so nice and the food was so elegant. Everything was made at top chef quality! I felt like I was a judge on a quality cooking show (like Chopped) while tasting his dishes. Carlos is a great leader and I never felt misguided while working on a dinner menu with him. My experiences with Carlos Cabral have always been fantastic. He is a very talented young man and works extremely hard. When I had a Christmas Cookie Party, he was very attentive to details when decorating treats and was very engaging with all of my friends. No matter what Carlos has been faced with, he puts in more than 100%. He is very ambitious, passionate, and pleasing. I cannot wait to have him back!

Sometimes you just get "lucky." Our caterer had a problem with timing for a party we were planning. We frantically looked for another caterer. My wife found Thumbtack! She contacted Carlos 6 days prior to our party! She explained the type of food/menu we were interested in. Carlos listened and made a few suggestions...keeping within our budget. His suggestions were perfect. Once the menu was confirmed, Carlos coordinated all the preparations. He kept us informed about each dish as he purchased the ingredients and actually sent us pictures during the cooking process. He also had his staff arrive early to help set up. INCREDIBLE! Carlos has a passion for cooking. He was amazing. He and his staff were professional, respectful, attentive, and very helpful! The food he prepared was OUTSTANDING. I have already recommended him to friends. As I initially said...sometimes you just get lucky. Well, I can't express how satisfied we were with the whole experience with Carlos/Caesura. Everyone raved about the food and the cake his pastry chef prepared was delicious. Frankly, I can't say enough about him and his staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES!
